Tracking?
To keep the print club affordable I post the print club with stamps. So unfortunately there is no tracking on Print Club orders.

Sign-Up Period?
The sign up period ends on the 20th of each month. (e.g. you sign up June 20th, you will receive the June print as your first. If you sign up June 21st, you will receive the July print as your first.)

Payment Overlap
When you join at the beginning of a sign up period, (21st - 26th) there may be some overlap in your payments before receiving your first print. Rest assured every transaction corresponds to a unique print!

Shipment Date / Wait Time?
All print club orders within each month's sign-up period ship late that month. (Typically the 24nd-27th). Check my socials for this months print date,
You will receive an email when your print is on its way. Please allow allow up to 7 business days after your fulfilment email for UK orders.

Privacy Policy
Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold to outside sources.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so Kirsty is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Processing Time
Letter From The Secret Place Print Club ship towards the end of each month. Find this month's ship date on my socials
All other Art Prints are printed on demand and take up to 7-9 days to be printed and shipped. You will receive tracking once your order has shipped.
Originals are shipped within 7-10 business days.

Ship Time
Domestic orders are shipped via royal mail and typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders.

Damaged Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at creativeministryhub@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I’m happy to help resolve any issues.

Item Does Not Arrive
If your tracking is displayed as delivered but your item has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.

All payments are processed through software that complies with the PCI standards, uses HTTPS, and other security best practices.
